What does this mean for me as an EE customer?

As an EE customer nothing changes with your EE products, billing, support and you still have access to our award winning, UK based business customer service and EE retail stores. We’re going to continue the pace and investment in building and running the best mobile network in the UK.

Who do I call if I need to speak to customer services?

Our UK based, award winning business customer service team will continue to service your EE needs. If you wish to speak to customer services please use the relevant number below:

  • If you have an EE plan please call 150 from your mobile or +44 (0) 7953 966 250 if calling from abroad or from another mobile or landline provider.
  • If you have an Orange plan call 345 from your mobile or +44 (0) 7973 100 345 if calling from abroad or from another mobile or landline provider.
  • If you have a T-Mobile plan please call 150 from your mobile or +44 (0) 7953 966 150 if calling from abroad or from another mobile or landline provider.

Will the signal identifier on my phone change to say BT?

No, the signal on your phone will continue to say EE. You will continue to have access to the UK’s biggest, fastest and most reliable network.

I use the My EE app to manage My EE, will this change?

No, you can continue to use the My EE app to manage your account.

Will there be a change to the Direct Debit name on my bank statement?

No, the name that appears on your bank statement will stay the same.

Will my bill look different?

No, your bill will continue to BS1 look exactly as it does today.    

What happens if I upgrade?

It’s business as usual, so if you are eligible to upgrade you can be assured that you will get a great EE business package to meet your business needs with access to UK based, award winning business customer service. All of this on the biggest, fastest and most reliable network in the UK. Please contact EE customer service or your approved EE partner for more information about upgrading.

Will my number or plan change?

If you do wish to change your plan please call 150 from your EE or T-Mobile phone (345 if you have an Orange plan) to speak to one of our UK based business customer specialists. Alternatively, please contact your approved EE partner.

Can I cancel my contract?

If you choose to cancel your contract before the end of your plan’s minimum term, you may have to pay an early termination charge. Please see your terms and conditions for details.

Will my terms and conditions change?        

No, your terms will remain the same. To review your terms and conditions please visit ee.co.uk/businessterms.

Are there new services that are now available to me?

We have just joined the BT Group, and are now developing new services and propositions that will combine great mobile, fixed and cloud services that can help you become even more agile, productive and efficient. You’ll hear more from us about new products and services in the months to come. 

If I’m both an EE and BT customer, will I get a better deal? 

All of your existing services from EE and/or BT will remain the same for the duration of your existing contract. However, we are introducing exclusive BT offers for EE customers so make sure you keep an eye out for them or register your interest so you hear about them first.  as above, you’ll hear more from us about great new products and services in the months to come.
