4G Calling

You told us you wanted to keep browsing on 4G while you’re on a call, so we made it happen. Now you can be on the phone and browsing at the same time, and you’ll stay on superfast 4G for both – allowing you to multi-task on those all important work projects.

WiFi Calling

We all know a tricky spot with patchy signal, whether it’s on the Tube, in a basement meeting room or on the train. With EE, you can now avoid missing important calls. You can call and text on your phone as normal wherever there’s WiFi, with no need to download any special apps. All you need is a WiFi signal, the rest is automatic. 

WiFi on the Underground

With EE, you now get access to WiFi on over 100 London Underground stations at no extra cost, allowing you to catch up on important business on the Tube. For us, it’s all part of the service.

If you’re upgrading your existing contract or joining EE as a new business customer, we’ll give you six months free Apple Music, so you can get the music you love.

You'll also get three months' free use of the BT Sport app on your EE phone and connected tablet. Loads of the UK's best sporting action, for your personal enjoyment.

It doesn’t stop there

Our superfast 4G network now covers more than 99% of the population, and more than 75% of the UK geography and we’re not stopping there. Our 2020 ambition is to cover 95% of the UK landmass with 4G, so businesses can benefit from 4GEE wherever they are. 4G Calling: Compatible phone & 4G coverage required.

BT Sport app: The app is made available to pay monthly customers on 4GEE handset, SIM only phone and tablet plans as a 30 day rolling Add-On. If you’re a 4GEE WiFi customer, including SIM Only, you’re not eligible for the Add-On. To use the app customers must have a smartphone or tablet containing an EE SIM. All devices must use Android 4.3, Windows 10 or iOS 8 operating systems. Some in-app functionality is restricted on Windows 10. The Add-On costs £5 a month. To use the app you’ll need a TV licence for the household registered to your EE account. BT Sport is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content available via the app may change from time to time. When you download and use the BT Sport app, you will use data that may decrement from your price plan’s inclusive allowance.

Three months free: Available to customers on consumer and small business plans requesting the BT Sport Add-On for the first time. If you’ve previously benefited from our six months’ free offer, you won’t be eligible. The Add-On is available for three consecutive months. The three months starts as soon as we receive your request for the Add-On or from the date you join or upgrade your price plan. If the Add-On is removed from your account at any point during the three month period, you’ll be unable to get the Add-On again free of charge. At the end of the free period, you’ll be automatically charged for the Add-On but can cancel at any time. The offer is non-transferable.

Apple Music: The individual Apple Music membership add-on is free for 6 months for customers joining or upgrading to a new EE pay monthly or SIM only phone plan and adding the add-on to their account for the first time. Must be added within 30 days of joining or upgrading. After 6 months, membership automatically renews and you’ll be charged £9.99 a month unless you cancel. If removed from your account during the free period, you’ll be unable to get the add-on again free of charge. Requires a handset using either iOS 8.4 or Android 4.3 or later. Apple ID required for full functionality. Data usage will decrement your data allowance. Apple Music is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK only. This offer is non-transferable.
