Before your phone arrives

3. A word about billing

Over the next few days you'll get a bill from EE for your new account. Your final Orange bill closing your old account will be sent on your usual billing date.

When your phone arrives

Insert your SIM

Simply put your new EE SIM in your EE phone and we’ll do the rest. It may take up to 30 minutes. If you can't get online, try turning your phone off and on again.
