Get Started - EE TV

Welcome to broadband and EE TV

You’re just a few steps away from getting your new broadband and new EE TV up and running. On this page you'll find everything you need to know in order to get the most of your new TV service.

Once you've received your order confirmation email, you'll receive a text confirming your broadband activation date, then your welcome pack will arrive within a couple of days.

Your router is small enough to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so you don't need to wait in for it to be delivered. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days to stabilise your line speeds, so please connect your Bright Box router right away once advised your broadband is live.

Step 1: First set up your home broadband

To set up EE TV, first of all, you need to get your broadband working.

If you're setting up a line for the first time, this can usually be connected without an engineer. If you do need an engineer, they will contact you 24-48 hours before your appointment to confirm.

Step 2: Set up your EE TV

Your EE TV box will arrive 3 working days after your broadband is activated. We’ll send you a text to let you know when your broadband is active and we’ll send you an email to let you know when your EE TV box is on its way.

Add 5GB data to your mobile plan every month

If you’ve got an EE pay monthly or 12 month SIM only plan then the deal’s even sweeter because we’ll boost its monthly data allowance by an extra 5GB.

It’s enough data to stream or download an extra three hours of HD video, nine hours of standard video, or up to 1,000 songs.

That’s a serious amount of internet on the go, on top of superfast broadband at home.

Manage your EE TV account

We sent you an email with your username for your broadband account. Your password to login is what you chose when you initially signed up for EE Broadband.

Managing your account online is the easiest way to check and pay bills, manage direct debits and get answers to all your questions from our Help section.

You're all set

You can now enjoy a new world of live TV, recordings on phones and tablets anywhere around your home. As well as all the usual channels, catch-up services, films on-demand and internet channels, you'll be able to pause, rewind and record live TV and store up to 600 hours of your favourite programmes.

Don’t forget to download the EE TV app for your phone or tablet from the Apple App store or Google Play.
