Here's how to sign up for My EE so you can manage it any time you want:

Steps for signing up to My EE

  1. Go to My EE and select Mobile, 4GEE WiFi and Tablets
  2. Select Register
  3. Enter your mobile number so we can direct you to the right registration page. If you don't know your mobile phone number you can find it by texting NUMBER to 150. If you don't know your 4GEE WiFi number, you can find out here how to get it
  4. Next, we'll send a text containing a security code to your phone. You now need to enter your security code and create password. We'll also ask you set up a security question
  5. Now select Finish and you're all set to log in

Here's how to register for My EE so you can manage it any time you want:

Steps for registering for My EE

  1. Go to My EE and select Mobile, 4GEE WiFi and Tablets
  2. Select Register
  3. Enter your mobile number so we can direct you to the right registration page. If you don't know your mobile phone number you can find it by texting NUMBER to 150. If you don't know your 4GEE WiFi number, you can find out here how to get it
  4. Fill in your details - name, date of birth and email address. We'll also ask you to create a username and password and set up some security questions
  5. If you're the bill payer, we'll need some details of the bank account used to pay the bill. Then you're all set to log in

Once you've registered for My EE we'll send you a four-digit PIN code by text message to the phone number you used to registerfor My EE.

Keep this PIN code safe, you'll need it to activate your account the first time you log in.

When you've received your PIN code visit the My EE login page and log in with the username and password that you used to set up your account.

When prompted enter your four-digit PIN code in the Activation PIN box and select log in now.

Using My EE

Once you've registered, you can use My EE to:

Lost your PIN code?

If you've lost your four-digit PIN, don't panic. Just log in to My EE using the username and password that you used to set up your account. Select the resend PIN button and we'll send you another.
