Making a claim under Orange Care

Please call Orange Customer Services immediately after discovery of the loss, theft or damage of your phone. If it's lost or stolen we'll bar and blacklist it to prevent unauthorised use on your account or any UK network.

If your phone has been stolen you also need to report this to the police as soon as possible. We require the police reference details to process your claim.

Please note Orange Care does not cover calls made after the loss or theft of the handset.

Cancelling Orange Care

You can stop Orange Care at any time by calling us on 150 from your Orange phone.

When you subscribe for this service there's a 14-day cooling off period in case you change your mind, followed by a minimum contract of four months.
