Getting your voucher code

If you’re a mobile customer:

•             text film to 141 (text costs 35p)

•             a text with your code will arrive shortly after this

If you’re a mobile broadband customer:

•             go to Connection Manager on your device

•             in your browser go to 192.168.1.1

•             go to the SMS tab and text film to 141 (text costs 35p)

If you’re an Android Tablet customer:

•             text film to 141 from your SMS Management Centre on your device (text costs 35p)

If you’re a broadband customer:

•             text JOIN and your EE landline number to 88141 to register

•             after you receive a confirmation message on your mobile, text film to 88141 for your code (text costs 35p)

Once you have a voucher code, you'll need to redeem it to get your film. Decide how you’ll watch your film and follow the correct steps:

On the web:

•             go to Wuaki.tv https://uk.wuaki.tv/eefilmclub and choose your film from the EE Film selection

•             choose ‘Redeem voucher for this movie’ and log in or register with wuaki.tv

•             enter your voucher code

•             rent your film with your credit or debit card and watch it within 48 hours

On an Apple mobile device:

•             follow the web journey above, until you’re asked to download the Wuaki.tv player app

•             download the Wuaki.tv player app from the App Store

•             log in via the app, look in your library and play your film

On an Android mobile device:

•             download the Wuaki.tv app and register or log in to your account

•             choose your film from the EE Film selection and click ‘Redeem voucher’

•             rent your film with your credit or debit card and watch within 48 hours

Voucher redemption journey – EE TV:

•             access the Wuaki.tv app via the EE TV menu and register or log in to your account

•             choose your film from the EE Film selection and click ‘Redeem voucher’

•             rent your film with your credit or debit card and watch it within 48 hours

What about data?

Your usual data charges will apply when browsing the Wuaki.tv website and app, and when you watch the film you've rented. Streaming an HD film will use over 1GB of data. Or you can choose to stream films in standard definition to save a few hundred MB. If you have a low data allowance, it may be a good idea to stream your film over WiFi.

Are there any limits to the deal?

Customers are allowed one code each, so each account can claim just one code.

You can redeem your voucher at any time between 00:01 Monday and 23:59 on Wednesday.

And you have 48 hours to watch the film once you redeem your voucher.

You can stream any film rental from the EE section of Wuaki.tv.
