What’s happening?

Every year we work with our insurance underwriters Allianz Insurance plc to ensure that we are offering the best possible levels of value and service to all our customers. As handset replacement and repair costs, and insurance premium tax (IPT) rise, we need to adjust the amount you pay towards a claim to be able to keep premiums affordable.

From 6th July 2016 the below changes will take effect:

  Up to 5th July 2016 From 6th July 2016
Band A Excess £35 £40
Band B Excess £55 £70
Band C Excess £75 £100
Breakdown replacement fee £30 £50

We have also updated your terms to include some new information about a new European online complaints service that is available to any customer who took out an insurance policy online.
