Visit ukmail.com and enter your consignment number in the tracking box.

You'll also receive a text from UK Mail advising you when to expect your delivery. If you've pre-ordered your device or ordered an out-of-stock device you'll receive a text every 72 hours to advise you on the status of your order.

Moving from Orange to EE pay monthly

In a retail store

Your retail sales agent will set your phone up and ensure your contacts are transferred - so you'll walk out of the store with a working EE phone. Easy.

Your old Orange mobile number will be transferred to your new EE phone within 30 minutes but you can start using your EE phone on a temporary number straight away.

Make sure you sign up to My EE to manage your account online.

Online

When you receive your new EE phone just put the new EE SIM in the phone and you're good to go. Your old Orange mobile number will be transferred to your new EE phone within 30 minutes but you can start using your EE phone on a temporary number straight away.

Your first EE bill

Your first bill will be a paper bill. Unless you've opted to pay for paper billing your subsequent bills will be available online on My EE. You can use Your Account to change to free paperless billing too.

Your first bill will include your monthly plan charge and any extras/bundles you've added to your contract which are charged one month in advance. You may also receive a charge for your handset on your first bill if you didn't pay by card at the time of registering to EE.

You'll probably be assigned a different payment date to the one you had if you were previously an Orange pay monthly customer.

Your second EE bill

Your second EE bill will arrive approximately one month after your first EE bill, and will be available online in My EE.

Your second bill will include any additional charges you've incurred since joining EE, like any out of bundle minute, text or data charges.

Your final Orange bill

You'll receive your final Orange bill around four days after your regular Orange bill date. This will include a credit for any plan charges you paid for in advance and charges for any out of bundle usage.

If you're due any refunds at this time then these will be sent back to you as a cheque refund. Cheque refunds are normally received eight days after the date of your final bill.
