WiFi on the London Underground
EE, T-Mobile and Orange mobile customers can access unlimited WiFi on the London Underground. Just text EEWIFI to 9527 and you’ll receive a text to let you know once it’s all been set up. When you’re next travelling on the tube, simply turn your WiFi on and you’ll automatically connect to EE WiFi-Auto. Alternatively, if you are experiencing any issues, try connecting to Virgin Media WiFi using your username and password.

If you have tried to use WiFi on the London Underground without texting EEWIFI to 9527 first, your mobile will fail to connect. We will know you’ve tried to use the service and will attempt to set this up on your account ourselves. If successful, we’ll send you a text to let you know you can now connect to the EE WiFi-Auto service when you next travel on the Tube
If you can't connect to WiFi on the Underground this could be for one of the following reasons:
1. You've left the station and are out of range of one of our hotspots
2. You've misspelt the web address
3. You may be trying to access content that is blocked
4. There's a network fault in that location. Try moving to another spot in the same station, like further down the platform.
