If you have 30 days or fewer left on your contract, you can upgrade to EE.
Even if you're not at the end of your contract, you may still be eligible for an early upgrade at a discounted fee. Text UP to 150 to find out.

Managing your account online or with an app
Do you use the Your Orange app to manage your account on your phone? The My EE app is brilliant for managing your EE plan. You can sign up here.
Your details, payments and deposits
If you upgrade from Orange, your Direct Debit date will have to change for security reasons – but you'll be able to amend it in future to a more convenient date.
You can use the same credit or debit card to pay your bill – we'll just need you to fill in a short form to register the card with your new account.
We may ask you for a deposit when you join EE. It's nothing to worry about - sometimes we need this due to an individual's credit status. The deposit is normally kept for a minimum of three months.
As you're moving to a new, superfast network, you'll need to record a fresh voicemail greeting. You won't be able to keep any saved voicemails from your Orange account.
