When will my order be dispatched?
As soon as your items are in stock, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. Your delivery will be sent via the courier DPD, with the exception of SIM orders.
I’ve pre ordered. When will I get an update?
If you’ve placed a pre-order or your device is out of stock, we’ll send you regular updates via email or text message to let you know when you’re likely to receive it.
My delivery date is blank or says "awaiting confirmation'". What does this mean?
Sometimes, it takes a few hours for us to get an expected delivery date for your order. As soon as we have a date, we'll send you an email or text message to let you know.
What does "expected delivery date" mean?
For some orders, we can only provide delivery dates as an estimate. We'll let you know when we have a definite date via email or text message.
Your delivery date is subject to change, often due to unexpected delays from suppliers. Please bear with us and we'll get it sorted for you as soon as we can.
What does 'Dispatch expected in 24 hrs' mean?
This means if you've ordered a device we have in stock, we'll be sending it out in the next 24 hours.
If you've pre-ordered or ordered a device that's out of stock, we're expecting it to arrive with EE soon. Once your device has arrived in our warehouse, we'll dispatch it to your address or chosen EE Store within 24 hours.
Why has my order moved back to the position 'Order confirmed'?
This is because sometimes EE may not receive all the stock we're expecting. You may also see a delay message.
If you've pre-ordered, this can often be due to delays with the manufacturers of newly launched devices. EE will process and dispatch your device as soon as we receive it.
I've got a message saying my order has been dispatched, but the order tracking info looks incorrect. Why?
EE may have received stock for your device early, before your order tracking information could be updated. If this happens, we'll dispatch your device within 24 hours and you'll receive an SMS or email with your delivery date and time. Please refer to these messages for the latest updates and to choose your delivery slot with DPD.
Will you contact me before my order is dispatched?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a text to let you know. If you’ve ordered more than one product, these will be delivered separately.
I’m going to miss my delivery slot
If DPD tries to deliver and you’re out, the driver will leave a card with details of how to rearrange a delivery time.
DPD will automatically try again on the next working day, after which the parcel will be held for a further four working days before being returned to EE.
When will I get my SIM order?
If you’ve ordered a SIM only package, it will be delivered directly to you by second class mail.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays.

The tracking page will show the most up to date information about your order. Unfortunately, our customer service advisors don't have access to more information.
