Yes, we can let you upgrade early. But you’ll have to pay an early upgrade fee.

You need to be:

  •  

    on a pay monthly plan with EE

  •  

    six months or more into your contract with more than 45 days until your current plan ends

Your early upgrade fee depends on how long you’ve got left to run on your plan.

You can’t upgrade early if you’re a mobile broadband or business customer.

Call 150 or pop into a store to find out more.

Good to know

You won’t be able to upgrade if there’s an outstanding debt on your account. You’ll need to pay this first.
