It’s easy to change your pay monthly plan or pay as you go pack, but there are a few rules. Here’s what you need to know:

Just call us on 150 from your EE phone, or drop into an EE store.

But before you do, there are a few rules:

  •  

    you can only change your plan once every 30 days

  •  

    you can only move to plans within our current plan range

  •  

    the data allowance must be the same or higher than your current plan. You can see what you’re using now when you log in to My EE 

  •  

    your contract length will not change

  •  

    if you change plans you’ll no longer be eligible for any discounts, promotions or benefits for your existing price plan

  •  

    if you’re moving from a 4GEE Essential Price Plan to a 4GEE Price Plan it must be a £2.50 minimum monthly increase (£5 for a 4GEE to a 4GEE Max Plan)

  •  

    if you’re staying on the same type of price plan with increased data there must be a £5 minimum monthly increase.

  •  

    if a sharer wants their own plan they must move to a price plan that’s at least £4 extra per month for regular plans and £5 extra for 4GEE Max Plans (not applicable to Business Connect plans)

  •  

    if you’re on an EE Extra Plan you must stay within the extra range for at least 12 months

    you can only lower your price plan if you’ve previously increased it and now want to return to your original plan

  •  

    you can only do this once, and in the second half of your contract. The data allowance must be less than your current plan

  •  

    sorry, but you can't move to a plan with different allowances for the same price as your current plan

You can change your pay as you go pack when you:

  •  

    log in to My EE 

  •  

    call us free 150 from your EE phone (25p on pay as you go)

  •  

    text free to 150

Your new pack will start as soon as you’ve used all the allowances in your current pack or when it comes to the end of its seven or 30 days.

If you need to start your next pack straight away, text NOW to 150, but remember you’ll lose any calls, texts or data allowances you have left in your current pack.
