If you’re on a Pay Monthly contract:
log in to My EE
go to Menu > Plan & add-ons to see your contract dates
or call us on 150 from your EE phone
If you’re on a Pay As You Go contract:
log in to My EE to see how much credit you have left
once you’ve used up all your credit you’re under no obligation to buy more, unless you’ve set up recurring top-up (you can cancel this any time, just go to My EE > Menu > Auto top up)
Don’t forget – if you’re thinking of leaving us, you need to give us 30 days' notice. Even if your Pay Monthly plan’s ended.
