How do I stop using pay as you go?

Once you use up all your pay as you go credit you can stop using it and don’t have to buy more credit, unless you’ve set up recurring top-up (you can cancel this any time, just go to My EE > Menu > Auto top up).

Remember, if you don’t call or text within 180 days, your contract will automatically expire and you’ll lose your number along with any outstanding credit.
