I’m leaving EE ― what will happen with my bills?

If you’ve given us 30 days’ notice, we’ll post your last bill to you when your contract finishes. If you’ve been paying by Direct Debit, we’ll automatically deduct the payment from your account as usual.

If you haven’t been paying by Direct Debit, your final bill will contain details of other ways to make your final payment.
