EE account is locked

Unlock your EE account

You could be locked out of EE because you, or another account holder, tried to log in incorrectly too many times.

Temporarily locked accounts

If you’ve entered an incorrect username or password too many times your account will be locked temporarily. If you wait 20 minutes, you’ll be able to try again. If you continue to have problems you can reset your password.

If we’ve locked your account for security reasons

Your EE ID may be locked if we’ve got concerns about the security of your account. If this happens, we’ll send you an email to let you know and our security team will give you a call to help you get you back into your account.

EE says that my account is at risk

If you’ve tried to login to EE and had a message saying your account is at risk, someone else may have tried to access it. For your protection, we’ve locked your account so that nobody can get in. To unlock it, you need to reset your password by following the instructions on the screen.
