All mobile devices come with a manufacturer warranty.

Most are for 24 months, but Apple devices come with a 12 month warranty.

 A warranty covers the repair of your device if it breaks down through no fault of your own – it doesn’t cover loss, theft or accidental damage.

Your iPhone comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

We can extend this to give you up to three years, for just £1.50 a month or an upfront payment of £54. 

The monthly payment option is only available in the first three months of your contract.

You can make an upfront payment between the fourth and the twelfth month. 

How do I get extended warranty for my iPhone?

You can get it when you buy a new iPhone, or upgrade your iPhone contract with us. Just give us a call on 150.

If your iPhone develops a fault within the first 12 months, take it to an Apple Store.

After that, so long as it’s not damaged, you can bring it into any EE store or give us a call on 150.

If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it with a refurbished device.We’ll either return it to the store or send it to your chosen address within 14 days.

There's no limit to the number of fault repairs for your iPhone, however it does not cover loss, theft or damage. If your iPhone is damaged as well as faulty we won’t be able to repair the fault and the warranty is void.

You can cancel your extended warranty at any time.

For monthly payments this will be effective from your next bill.

For an upfront payment we’ll refund you for the remaining period. 

If you upgrade your device, your extended warranty will end.We don’t charge a termination fee. Just give us a call on 150.
