How to cancel Apple Music
To cancel Apple Music, text STOP MUSIC to 150, or call customer services on 150.
Your Apple Music will be removed immediately. Any subscription you've already paid for but not used will be refunded on your next bill.
Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription from the EE app or by logging in to EE.
To cancel Streaming only text STOP STREAM to 150.
If you’d like to re-subscribe after cancelling during your free period, you’ll be charged at £10.99.
Text MUSIC to 150 and follow the instructions to re-subscribe.
