EE Christmas 2017 information

This year we’re celebrating Christmas with a special treat for people who join EE and stay with EE over the festive period.

We’re offering a free gift on some of our most popular phones when you join a 4GEE plan with a data allowance of 25GB or more. Read our terms and conditions for more details.

Here’s the information you need on delivery times, returns and exchanges.

Christmas delivery

The last date for Christmas delivery is 14th December, although delivery times for specific devices may depend on stock availability.

How long will it take to receive my device and tech gift?
If your item is in stock, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery of your order will be confirmed during the sale process.

We’ll aim to get the tech gift to you 8-11 days after your phone. But it may sometimes take a little longer, so please allow more time if you want the tech gift in time for Christmas.

Can I send the gift to a different address?
Unfortunately not. For security reasons we need to send the tech gift to the address on your account.

Returns and refunds

If you bought your device online or over the phone, you can return your device within 14 days of starting your contract and receive a refund. You will also need to return the tech gift, or we may charge your account the equivalent of the RRP of the gift.

What is the returns process and how long does it take to get a replacement?
We will send you a silver bag to take to the Post Office to return your device or tech gift. Replacement time depends on reason for returning. If you want to get a different handset that’s in the Christmas offer, you’ll have to start the sales process again.

What if my device or gift is faulty/damaged?
Call us on 150 – one of our advisors will talk you through the returns process. If you bought in-store, please return the product to the same store.


The Christmas tech gifts we have on offer are bundled with specific devices, which means you can’t switch your gift for one you’ve seen in a different bundle.

Can I switch my gift if I switch my device?
If you’ve received your device and you’re still within the 14 day return period, you can return your device and gift and take out a new device in a different bundle.

Can I change the colour of my tech gift?
No, the colour cannot be changed as we dispatch based on stock availability.
