You will need to reply with the keyword stated in the text message e.g. YES to redeem this offer. You must reply with the keyword within the offer window detailed in the text message. Once you’ve replied with the keyword then the offer will be automatically applied subject to you having enough credit to purchase. It may take up to ten minutes to be applied but you’ll get a confirmation text to confirm once it’s on.

You’ll receive a text message from us detailing the offer and what you need to do to claim it.

Only customers who were invited are allowed to redeem the offer. If this is you, then make sure you also replied within the offer window. If you did receive the text message detailing the offer, you opted in within the specific time period, and you had enough credit to purchase, and you still didn’t get the offer then please contact us.
Terms and conditions
Promotional add-ons are only available when replying to a text message invitation that we send to you as part of our loyalty programme. Unless we tell you otherwise, once redeemed, add-ons have a validity period of 1, 2 or 5 days. Unused allowances don’t roll over. If you have two add-ons active on your account at the same time, including non-promotional add-ons, allowances from the add-on due to expire first will be used first. Unlimited data allowances are your personal and lawful use only.
