Blackberry bold 9900-clear cache delete cookies


When you use the phone's Internet browser, various data is stored temporarily in the browser memory, e.g. cache and cookies.

If you have problems loading web pages, clearing this data may help.

Follow these instructions to clear browser data on your BlackBerry Bold 9900.

1. Find Options
Press the Menu key twice
Press Browser
Press the Menu key
Press Options

2. Select browser data

Press Cookies below Clear Browsing Data
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), it is selected
Press Cache below Clear Browsing Data
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), it is selected

3. Clear browser data
Press Clear Now

4. Exit
Press Disconnect
Press the Return key to return to standby mode
