Blackberry curve 9360-clear cache delete cookies

When you use your phone's internet browser, various data is stored temporarily in the browser memory, e.g. cache and cookies.

If you have problems loading web pages, clearing this data may help.

Follow these instructions to clear browser data on your BlackBerry Curve 9360.

Step 1. Find options

  1. Press the Menu key twice
  2. Scroll to Browser and press the Navigation key
  3. Press the Menu key
  4. Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key

Step 2. Select browser data

  1. Scroll to Cookies below Clear Browsing Data and press the Navigation key
  2. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), it is selected
  3. Scroll to Cache below Clear Browsing Data and press the Navigation key
  4. When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), it is selected

Step 3. Delete browser data

  1. Scroll to Clear Now and press the Navigation key

Step 4. Exit

  1. Press Disconnect
  2. Press the Return key to return to standby mode
