Blackberry torch 9800-delete email profile

If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email profile and then create it again.

Follow these instructions to delete an email configuration on your BlackBerry Torch 9800.

  1. Find Internet Mail Account
    Press the Menu key twice
    Press Setup
    Press Email Accounts
    Press Internet Mail Account

  2. Log on
    Follow the instructions on the display to log on to BlackBerry Internet Service
    Please note: If you do not have a BlackBerry account, you can set one up at www.instantemail.t-mobile.co.uk

  3. Delete email configuration
    Press the required email profile
    Press Delete
    Press Yes to confirm

  4. Exit
    Press Disconnect
    Press the Return key to return to standby mode
