Doro PhoneEasy 612-using the emergency call button

Find out how to perform a master reset on your Doro PhoneEasy 612, just follow these simple steps.

Note: The Emergency Call (SOS) key sends an emergency message to contacts listed in the emergency number list. Once sent, the phone will call the first number in the list. If the number is not answered, the phone will continue to dial the next number until a connection is made.

Ensure that the emergency key is activated, contact numbers have been assigned and that an emergency message is present within the Settings menu.

To activate, press and hold the Emergency Call key for approximately 3 seconds, or press 2 times within 1 second. Alternatively, press the Emergency Call key 3 times in 1 second.

The phone will beep 3-5 times.

The emergency message has been sent within 10 seconds.
