Before you switch on your Osprey, you'll need to charge the device using the power supply that's included.

Inserting your SIM

Your standard SIM (full size) is the largest type of SIM and is supplied with your Osprey.

You can find out more about the three different types of SIM card.

To insert the SIM, first remove the cover of your Osprey.

Now insert the supplied full size SIM into the right hand slot of the device and replace the cover.

It's important to use the right size SIM. Here's more about how to get a replacement SIM.

You'll find the WiFi password on the Keep Me Card - but if you don't have the card, it's also on the back of the cover where the SIM goes and you can also get this information by pressing down the button on the device.

The power button and WPS button are together on the side of the Osprey - you need to make sure the press the power button down to switch it on. WPS means WiFi Protected Setup which allows you to connect easily to your WiFi.
