Htc one x-making a call

Follow these instructions to make a call.

  1. Choose option
    Choose one of the following options:
    Enter the number, go to a
    Find contact in the phone book, go to b
    Find number on the call list, go to c

    a) Enter the number
    Press the menu icon
    Press Phone
    Key in the required number and press Call

    b) Find contact in the phone book
    Press the menu icon
    Press People
    Press the required contact
    The contact details are displayed
    Press the required number

    c) Find number on the call list
    Press the menu icon
    Press Phone
    Press Call History
    Press the required number

  2. End call
    Press End Call to end the call

Answer a call

When someone calls you, the number or the name of the caller is displayed and the phone plays the ringtone you have chosen.

Follow these instructions to answer a call.

Choose option
Choose one of the following options:
Answer call, go to a
Reject call, go to b
Silence the incoming call alert, go to c

a) Answer call
Press Answer

b) Reject call
Press Decline

c) Silence the incoming call alert
Press the upper or lower part of the Volume key when you receive a call
The incoming call alert is silenced
If you take no further action after silencing the incoming call alert, the call continues until the caller disconnects or the call is diverted to your voicemail
