Htc wildfire s-clear cookies cache and internet history

The cache is a memory which is used to save data temporarily. A copy of the web pages you have visited is saved in the cache.

The next time you connect to this web page, the phone retrieves data from the cache which speeds up the load time.

Follow these instructions to clear the cache.

1. Find Settings

  • Press the menu icon
  • Press Internet
  • Press the Menu key
  • Press More
  • Press Settings

2. Clear cache

  • Press Clear cache
  • Press OK to confirm

3. Exit

  • Press the Home key to return to standby mode

Delete cookies

A cookie is data saved by a web page in the phone memory. The data can be login information or other information about the choices you have made on a web page.

This makes it possible to adjust the contents of the web page to your preferences.

Follow these instructions to delete cookies.

1. Find Settings

  • Press the menu icon
  • Press Internet
  • Press the Menu key
  • Press More
  • Press Settings

2. Delete cookies

  • Press Clear all cookie data
  • Press OK to confirm

3. Exit

  • Press the Return key to return to the current web page
