Motorola defy-call voicemail


Your price plan includes a voicemail service where callers can leave a voice message when you do not answer a call.

You will receive a text message every time a new voice message has been received. A closed envelope icon on the display indicates that a new voice message has been received.

Follow these instructions to delete the text message and access your voice message.

  1. Delete text message
    The display shows that you have received a text message
    Press and drag The text/picture message icon to the bottom of the display
    Press the text message to read it
    Press the Menu key
    Press Delete conversation
    Press Yes to confirm
    Press the Home key to return to standby mode

  2. Call voicemail
    Press the phone icon
    Press the Dialler tab
    Press and hold 1 to call voicemail

  3. Check voice messages
    Follow the instructions from your voicemail

  4. End call
    Press End call to end the call
    Press the Home key to return to standby mode
