Nokia e72-add or view an appointment in your calendar


Follow these instructions to add a new appointment.

  1. Find Calendar
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Calendar and press the Navigation key

  2. Select date
    Press Options
    Scroll to Go to date and press the Navigation key
    Key in the date for the appointment and press the Navigation key

  3. Add appointment
    Press Options
    Scroll to New entry and press the Navigation key
    Highlight one of the following appointment types: Meeting, Meeting request, Memo, Anniversary, To-do
    Press the Navigation key
    Follow the instructions on the display to key in the required information for the selected appointment
    Press Done to save the appointment

  4. Exit
    Press Disconnect to return to standby mode

View appointments

Follow these instructions to view your appointments.

  1. Find Calendar
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Calendar and press the Navigation key

  2. Select date
    Press Options
    Scroll to Go to date and press the Navigation key
    Key in the date for the appointment and press the Navigation key
    If required, press the Navigation key to view the appointments for the selected date

  3. View appointment
    Highlight the required appointment and press the Navigation key
    Press Close to return to the list of appointments

  4. Exit
    Press Disconnect to return to standby mode
