James is General Counsel and Company Secretary at EE with responsibility for legal, regulatory and compliance within the company.
He was General Counsel and Company Secretary at T-Mobile in the UK from 2004 until 2010 when he moved into his current role.
James joined T-Mobile in 1998 having qualified in a City law firm after studying at Cambridge. In the last few years he led the legal support for the launch of EE and 4G, and appeared as a witness to the Leveson Inquiry and Parliamentary Select Committee.
James is married with two daughters and lives in North London.
