Max is charged with driving the digital transformation of EE’s sales, service and marketing for omni-channel trading.

This area will also bring together product innovation and development plus all communications channels, including: advertising, PR, web, social media, retail ‘point of sale’, base campaigns and analytics.

Prior to his current role, Max led the successful turnaround of the Corporate function at EE, and since 2014 has been charged with leading the transformation of EE’s digital function seeing this new team deliver significant improvements to our customers’ online experience.

Max is married with two young kids and is a keen sportsman – cricket, rugby, football, golf – though is ‘more of a fan than a player these days’!
