Nick Lane

MD Customer Service

Nick leads our customer service team and is tasked with driving EE towards its goal to reach number one for service in 2016.

Prior to his current role Nick was Director of Strategy and Planning for customer service at EE, a role he held since 2007.

He joined from AOL, where he had been Director of Strategy and Business Planning for five years. This followed roles at Citibank in Germany and four years as a management consultant.

Nick is fluent in German and lives in North Yorkshire.
