Sky Stream

You can place an order for Sky Stream pucks through EE, acting as agent on behalf of Sky. This equipment is loaned from Sky to you at no further cost but you will have to pay a one-off EE admin fee to EE for placing the order through EE.

You will also need to place an order for a Sky TV subscription for your Sky Stream puck and also a Sky TV Whole Home subscription for your additional Sky Stream puck (if you are ordering one), directly with Sky.

Any prices shown here for Sky TV subscriptions are subject to availability at the time you purchase your Sky TV subscription(s) and offers may be available at that time from Sky. See Sky’s website for more information on any currently available offers. These prices may also change during minimum contract period.

Once you submit your Sky TV equipment order through EE, we’ll send you an email explaining how to order your Sky TV subscription(s) directly with Sky. Please note you’ll need to be at least 18 years’ old and meet other Sky eligibility requirements to order Sky TV subscription(s). Please see Sky’s terms and conditions and website for more info. The same person should complete both the equipment and subscription orders.

You’ll need to order your Sky TV subscription(s) within 7 days. If for any reason you don’t, including due to not meeting Sky’s eligibility requirements, we’ll cancel your Sky TV equipment order.

Please note orders should only be placed by customers with a residential address in the UK (excluding the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). If your address is in the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, you will not be able to proceed with selecting your Sky TV subscription(s) and completing your order and it will be cancelled.

Your Sky TV equipment will be delivered by Sky after you have successfully ordered your Sky TV subscription(s). Sky will confirm delivery info with you.

You’ll have a 31 day cooling off period which starts when your equipment is delivered. You’ll need to contact Sky directly to arrange a return if you have changed your mind. You agree to Sky automatically activating your subscription 21 days after delivery of your equipment if you haven’t already done it.

Please note that the delivery address provided to EE will be your Sky Service Address. This is the address that Sky will use to deliver your Sky TV equipment, where your Sky TV service will be provided, and will be used by Sky for communication and service purposes in future.
