These are the official terms and conditions for voting for "2026 EE Rising Star Award Voting" (the "Official Voting Rules") and Prize Draw.
1. Entries must be made by voting for your favourite EE Rising Star nominee on the dedicated website (http://eebafta-risingstarvote.co.uk) or via WhatsApp by 12pm on 20 February 2026. Voting to enter the competition opens at 11am on 14 January 2026 and closes at 12pm on 12 February 2026. All entry instructions and instructions given to winners by EE, representatives of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts or any other person connected to the prize will form part of the terms and conditions, which, by taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted.
2. EE accepts no responsibility for entries not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
3. Each person can vote only once on WhatsApp and once online (http://eebafta-risingstarvote.co.uk). You can vote for an EE Rising Star nominee once via dedicatedwebsite or WhatsApp, and you’ll only be entered into the prize draw once and only one entry per person. No purchase necessary. Data charges may apply when you vote online.
4. Votes may be submitted via WhatsApp through the official EE Rising Star Award voting chat. To vote, participants must access the chat via the link or QR code provided in EE’s official communications and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Participation in this voting promotion via WhatsApp requires having an active WhatsApp account and access to a mobile device capable of accessing and using the WhatsApp service (hereinafter, a “WhatsApp Eligible Device”). Registration for WhatsApp is free as of the time of publication of these Official Voting Rules. Registration requires downloading the free WhatsApp application from either the Apple App Store or Google Play to your WhatsApp Eligible Device and following the on-screen instructions to create an account. Standard data charges and messaging fees may apply, in accordance with your mobile network provider’s tariff (please contact your participating mobile network provider for pricing plans and details). 6. Only people living within the UK may vote. If you vote from outside the UK, your vote will be discounted. If your IP address suggests you may be voting from outside the UK, your vote may also be discounted.
7. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, other than employees of BT their families or its agencies and any other company or organization associated with the prize draw (including British Academy of Film and Television Arts) their families or agencies. Only one entry per person.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
9. The prize is two tickets to attend the EE BAFTA Film Awards ceremony on Sunday 22 February 2026 at the Royal Festival Hall.
10. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received in this prize draw and can choose to attend the EE BAFTA Film Awards in London with a guest on 22 February 2026. The prize does not include accommodation, travel, meals, refreshments, or any other expense that may be incurred by accepting the prize.
11. The prize is subject to availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer hosted by the Promoter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
13. The prize is subject to the venue terms as follows. Both the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over. There are currently no Government restrictions in place regarding COVID-19 and BAFTA are not putting any additional measures in at this time. However, if you feel unwell on the day of the event, we respectfully ask that you do not attend.
14. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw. EE also reserves the right to remove any votes the independent adjudicator believes may have been cast using web robots or any other method that interferes with the fair administration of the prize draw or the Rising Star Award deems to be fraudulent.
15. The winner will be correct entries drawn at random by an independent person onThursday 12 February 2026. Winners will be notified by telephone no later than Friday 13 February 2026.
16. A list of prize winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE on or before 13 March 2026.

18. By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity including photographic shots and interviews.
