Welcome Days: Save time & hassle

EE provides Welcome Days at your premises, with knowledgeable staff helping to give out and set up new devices - saving you time and hassle.

How we help:

  • we provide a day of rollout support at your premises for your people to collect their new device
  • we copy contacts from the user’s existing SIM or device on to their new one
  • we provide advice on using EE’s products and services like Answerphone and conference calling
  • we help set up your people’s smartphones including registration and email set up.


Brand-new Device Training Days

Make sure your people get the most from their smartphones from day one.

We offer specialist Device Training Days from BlackBerry, HTC, Microsoft and Samsung. 

You get a full day's training with a specialist trainer on your chosen site.

And you get to choose the type of training your people receive (see below).

Training Days

Foyer Day

Informal sessions allowing your people to visit a stand to get advice and demonstrations.

Classroom Day

Pre-arranged sessions lasting 20-60 minutes for small groups, including a 'tips & tricks' section.

VIP Day

Pre-arranged short one-to-one sessions (10-20 minutes) at the user's desk.
