View current or previous bills

Find out how to get the most out of My EE. If you haven’t got an account register today.

To view your current or past bills online

1. Log into My EE

2. From the homepage select the dropdown Bills & payments then select My bill


3. you will be presented with a list of your bills including your latest bill and your previous bills

You can choose to either view e-bill or download PDF.

5. Once clicked this will download a pdf copy for you

When the PDF is opened locate and select file then print

Please note: a pdf will only display if your computer or device has the correct PDF reader downloaded, we recommend Adobe Reader

How to download or print your PDF bill

1. Log into My EE

2. From the homepage select the dropdown Bills & payments then select My bill

3. You will now be presented with a list of your bills

4. At the side of each bill you have the option to download PDF

5. Once clicked this will download a pdf copy for you

Change your billing postal address

1. Login to My EE

2. From the homepage select Account settings then select Billing address


3. From here follow the information given to complete your request

View details of your plan

Viewing details of your plan

You'll be able to see all the details of your plan in My EE including: plan name, monthly cost, plan length and how you pay.

To do this:

1. Login to My EE

2. You can view this information on My EE homepage under Account details

3. You can also access by selecting Plan & Extras then Review your plan

You can find out more about your plan by texting the following codes to 150 from your Orange pay monthly phone. All are free of charge.

  • BALANCE - view your current balance
  • BILL - for a summary of your recent invoices and payments
  • PLAN - to see which plan you're on
  • APP - we'll send you a link to download the My EE app where you can view your usage

2. Select Remaining allowance then Allowance status

You will then be presented with information on your; Remaining Minutes - Messages -  Data

2. Select Remaining allowance then Usage since your last bill

You will then be presented with information of your recent and itemised usage.

 

150 Orange text service

If you go over your allowance, UK calls are charged at 40p a minute, and texts are 15p per message.

Upgrading your plan

Upgrading

If you'd like to see if you're eligible for an upgrade, you can do so by logging into My EE:

1. If you're eligible, you'll be presented with a banner on your account homepage with the option to select upgrade now

 You can also check by selecting Plan & Extras from the homepage menu then Upgrade your phone

Please note: You can upgrade to a new phone and plan if you’ve got less than 45 days to go until your contract renewal date.

If your account has an outstanding debt on your phone plan you will not be eligible for an upgrade until the outstanding amount is settled.

Ugrading early

If you’re not eligible for a free upgrade, don’t worry – you can get your hands on one of the latest devices by paying off your remaining contract and upgrading early.

Move to 4GEE

If you’ve got more than 60 days on your Orange contract with a 4G ready phone, you can keep your phone and get a new SIM for a 4GEE plan.

Your monthly fee cannot be lower than your existing contract (terms apply on contract length).

Keeping your own phone

You can keep your existing phone, or trade it in for cash through our Recycle and Reward scheme.

14-day cancellation period

You can decide to cancel your early upgrade by telling us within 14 days, unless you've chosen to recycle your old phone with Recycle and Reward.

Changing your plan

You can move to another price plan with a higher contract value after you have been on your current contract for three months or more. You are not able to move to another price plan with a lower contract value during your contract.
