As an EE customer nothing changes with your EE products, billing, support and you still have access to our award winning, UK based business customer service and EE retail stores. We’re going to continue the pace and investment in building and running the best mobile network in the UK.
Who do I call if I need to speak to customer services?
Our UK based, award winning business customer service team will continue to service your EE needs. If you wish to speak to customer services please use the relevant number below:
- If you have an EE plan please call 150 from your mobile or +44 (0) 7953 966 250 if calling from abroad or from another mobile or landline provider.
- If you have an Orange plan call 345 from your mobile or +44 (0) 7973 100 345 if calling from abroad or from another mobile or landline provider.
- If you have a T-Mobile plan please call 150 from your mobile or +44 (0) 7953 966 150 if calling from abroad or from another mobile or landline provider.
