HOW TO USE eSIM WITH GOOGLE PIXEL

 

How do I set up an eSIM on my Google Pixel?

We'll give you a QR code on your eSIM pack, then:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Network & Internet
  3. Select the + next to Mobile Network
  4. Select Download a SIM instead?
  5. Click Next
  6. Scan the QR code with your Google Pixel camera

Which Google Pixels have eSIM?

  • 3 *
  • 3 XL *
  • 3a
  • 3a XL
  • 4
  • 4 XL

*Google Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL support Dual SIM running but not Dual SIM Dual Standby (please see the FAQ 'How do I switch between the physical SIM and the eSIM' below).

How do I move my current line to an eSIM line?

Once you've set up your eSIM, contact us to transfer your current line to your new eSIM.
Make sure you have the SIM serial number from your eSIM card pack when you call us.

 

Troubleshooting

 

I can't scan the eSIM QR code. What should I do?

  1.  Go to Settings
  2. Go to Network & internet
  3. Select + next to Mobile network
  4. Select download a SIM instead?
  5. Hit Next
  6. Hit Need Help
  7. Select Having trouble scanning your QR code enter it manually
    The activation code is LPA:1$BT.PR.GO-ESIM.COM$ immediately followed by your 32 digit activation code – it should look like this:
    LPA:1$BT.PR.GO-ESIM.COM$556C5B9987ED7B3B1D745B905CB21454
  8. Select Next
  9. Select Done

How do I switch between the physical SIM and the eSIM on my Google Pixel 3 & 3XL?

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Network & Internet
  3. Select Mobile Network
  4. Select the SIM profile you want to activate

How do I get an eSIM for my Google Pixel?

Just contact us to:

  1. Order a new or replacement eSIM
  2. Get a second number for your eSIM
  3. Replace your physical SIM number with an eSIM
