What’s my username?
Your username is shown on your monthly bill reminder that we send to you by email or text. We also sent it in an email when you signed up for broadband with EE. Check your junk mail if you can’t find it.
Your username should look something like yourname or surname123.
Can I change my username?
We will ask you for a preferred email address when you first log in. You’ll be able to use that as your username once you’ve set it up.
You’ll be able to change your preferred email address at any time.
What's my password?
You’ll have set your password when you signed up for broadband.
If you’ve logged in before but can't remember it, change your password.

Can I change my password?
Yes. If you know what your current log in details are, you can change your password at any time.
What if I can’t log in?
Check you’re using capital and lower case letters in the right places.
All usernames are case sensitive. Try entering the same details again but changing the case of the first letter.
