How do I log in to my EE Broadband?

Once you’re logged in, you can easily manage your broadband, TV and home phone account.
Your My EE Broadband login details are different to the ones you use if you’re a mobile customer. You can get help logging into your mobile account here >
What’s my username?
Your username is shown on your monthly bill reminder that we send to you by email or text. We also sent it in an email when you signed up for broadband with EE. Check your junk mail if you can’t find it.
Your username should look something like yourname or surname123.
Can I change my username?
Unfortunately, you can't
But we will ask you for a preferred email address when you first log in. You’ll be able to use that as your username in future.
You’ll be able to change your preferred email address at any time.
What's my password?
You’ll have set your password when you signed up for broadband.
If you’ve logged in before but can't remember it, change your password.

Can I change my password?
Yes. If you know what your current log in details are, you can change your passw0rd at any time.
What happens the first time I log in?
We’ll ask you for:
- A security question
In case you forget your password
- A preferred email address
The address can’t be an Orange, Wanadoo or Freeserve address. Or an email address you use to manage an Orange mobile account.
We’ll need to send a verification email to the address you give us. If it doesn’t arrive, check your junk folder.
If you still don’t receive it, you can resend the email next time you try to log in.
What if I can’t log in?
If you can't log in, double check:
- You've got the right log in details
- You’re using capital and lower case letters in the right places.
All usernames are case sensitive. Try entering the same details again but changing the case of the first letter
- Cookies are enabled in your browser settings.
