Get WiFi on the Underground

With EE, all eligible customers get WiFi on the London Underground, provided by Virgin Media, as part of their plan.

The service is available in ticket halls, walkways and platforms at over 100 stations, but not in tunnels or between stations.

It's easy to connect

If you're an EE mobile customer just text EEWIFI to 9527 and we’ll send you a password to access the service.

Once you've registered you’ll automatically connect whenever you travel on the Underground.

Not just on the underground

All our 4GEE plans include EE WiFi, which gives you free access to BT Wi-fi hotspots, meaning you can keep in touch with the office wherever you are.

Next time you go underground, open your phone browser - you’ll be redirected to the Virgin portal page.

Sign in on EE

Click the EE logo to sign in, using your phone number, email address and unique passcode.

Stay connected

Once you’re set up, every time you enter the Underground you’ll be logged in automatically - as long as your WiFi is enabled
