We’ve sent you an email with your username for your broadband account. Your password to login is what you chose when you initially signed up for EE Broadband. This will allow you to manage your account online.
Log in for the easiest way to check and pay bills, monitor your usage, manage direct debits and get answers to all your questions from our online help.
Simply great television, however you look at it
With EE TV you get over 70 free channels, plus access to loads of on demand entertainment, and some of the best Pay TV when it suits you – including Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Wuaki.tv, Hopster and hayu.
It’s simply great television on your telly, tablet or phone and it’s available to all our broadband customers - upgrade your plan any time to include EE TV.
Add 5GB data to your mobile plan every month
If you’ve got an EE pay monthly or 12 month SIM only plan then the deal’s even sweeter because we’ll boost its monthly data allowance by an extra 5GB, worth £10 a month.
It’s enough data to stream or download an extra three hours of HD video, nine hours of standard video, or up to 1,000 songs.
That’s a serious amount of internet on the go, on top of superfast broadband at home.
The legal bit
Data Boost: Available to new and existing pay monthly mobile customers who sign up to a home broadband plan. Data allowance boosted by 5GB. You’ll lose the data boost if you cancel your home broadband. Not available with 30 day SIM only plans or non-lease sharer plans. In order to retain your data boost when you upgrade or change your pay monthly plan, your EE home broadband must still be active and you must be moving to an eligible pay monthly plan. Worth £10 based on the £19.99 cost for a 10GB add-on that lasts up to a month for a pay monthly customer. Calculation based on pricing as at 01/11/2016.
Downloading and streaming with 5GB: Songs assume file size of 4.5MB. Standard definition video assumes file size of 524MB an hour. High Definition video assumes file size of 1460MB an hour. Overall data usage depends on your device, the apps you use, and the format and content of the webpages you visit.
EE TV: 18 month minimum term applies. Residential, private and domestic use only. Not to be used for commercial purposes or public broadcast. Set-top box provided on free hire and it’s your responsibility to keep it in good condition. You’ll need to return the box at the end of the agreement, otherwise we'll charge you and lock certain services. Roof top digital aerial required. Free to air television channels only unless you pay extra for content. Free television channels are subject to coverage, see www.freeview.co.uk/availability. You’ll need a valid TV licence.
