Before your phone arrives

2. Getting ready

Need a hand transferring your contacts and other stuff from your old device to your new phone? Or maybe you have another question about your new phone. Don't worry - help is at hand. Use the button below to get to our device help page, select your new phone and find the answer to your problem in no time.

3. A word about billing

Over the next few days you'll get a bill from EE for your new account. Your final T-Mobile bill closing your old account will be sent on your usual billing date.

When your phone arrives

Insert your SIM

Simply put your new EE SIM in your EE phone and we’ll do the rest. It may take up to 30 minutes. If you can't get online, try turning your phone off and on again.
