Frequently asked questions

You unlock EE One when you have EE Broadband and EE Mobile on the same account. It gives you exclusive household savings, an unlimited data boost on any eligible existing mobile plans charged at £12 a month or more, and access to extra savings on additional SIM and handset pay‑monthly plans. EE One also works when you add EE TV to your plan.

When you add EE Broadband and EE Mobile, you get: 

  • EE Full Fibre broadband with reliable speeds
  • An EE mobile plan on the UK’s best network with unlimited minutes and texts
  • Eligibility for EE One benefits, including exclusive household savings of up to £20 a month off new or upgraded mobile plans, plus unlimited data boosts on eligible existing mobile lines.

When you add broadband to your mobile account, you unlock EE One, and eligible mobile plans will automatically receive an unlimited data boost. If a plan already includes unlimited data, it won’t receive an additional boost, but you’ll still qualify for exclusive savings on additional SIMs and handsets.

Yes. EE One works across EE Broadband, EE Mobile and EE TV. EE TV lets you bring more of your household services together, with flexible entertainment you can change every month as part of your overall EE plan.

If you add EE TV to your broadband and mobile plan, you can get: 

  • Access to unmissable entertainment services such as NOW Entertainment, Netflix and Discovery+
  • Unbeatable flexibility with the freedom to swap your package every month
  • Your choice of TV box, including EE TV or Apple TV
  • A complete household plan with all your entertainment and connectivity needs in one place

Yes. If you already have Sky TV, it will continue to work when you switch to EE Broadband, as Sky TV services are delivered separately from your broadband provider.

If you cancel either your EE Broadband or EE Mobile service, you’ll no longer be eligible for EE One benefits, including the unlimited data boost and exclusive household savings. If you cancel EE TV only, your EE One eligibility will continue as long as your broadband and mobile services remain active.

Yes. Once your eligible services are linked on the same EE account, EE One benefits are automatically unlocked. There’s no need to sign up or activate anything separately.

Yes. EE One applies when you have EE Broadband and EE Mobile on the same account. You don’t need EE TV to get benefits like the unlimited data boost or exclusive household savings. But with unmissable entertainment and the ability to change your package monthly, EE TV is a great extra for your household.

On 31 March each year our monthly prices will increase by £4 for broadband, £2 for TV and £2.50 for mobile SIM and Airtime and £1.50 for Connected Devices. Out of bundle charges (such as the charge for making calls outside of your allowance and the EU daily charge) will increase by 5%. See ee.co.uk/prices-explained for details. All prices shown are in contract prices. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.

EE One: EE Broadband customers are eligible to take discounted unlimited data mobile SIMs. Up to £20 a month discount compared to the price paid for identical unlimited data mobile SIMs by non-EE Broadband customers. Existing eligible EE pay monthly mobile plans charged at £12 a month or more will also be boosted to unlimited data. You will be able to switch to the discounted unlimited data mobile SIMs on your current plans when they become eligible for upgrade. Not compatible with any other discount, including multi-line discount. If you cancel your EE Broadband plan you will no longer be eligible for EE One benefits and any unlimited data boosts will be removed. EE One plans taken on or after 13/11/25 will increase by £10 a month. EE One plans taken before 13/11/25 will increase by £20.

 

Handset plans: 36 month credit agreement. Flex Pay is a consumer credit product to finance your device: if you do not keep up to date with payments, your credit file and future borrowing may be impacted. Only take out credit if you believe it is affordable for you to do so. Credit is subject to a credit check, your status and assessment. You’ll need an EE mobile airtime plan. EE Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the provision of consumer credit. 

 

SIM/Airtime Plans: 12/24 month/30 day minimum term. Subject to terms and credit check. Monthly charges assume online billing. Unlimited Data Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.



 

Unlimited Watch Data: Available to eligible customers with an existing   Smart Watch on an Essentials Unlimited Plus, All Rounder or Full Works plan. Provides   standalone access to network connection. If you are connecting to the EE network   with your Smart Watch for the first time, your Smart Watch must be paired to   a compatible handset on the EE network to set up. 4G coverage required. Netflix Standard with adverts: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Offer   subject to change. Inclusive Extra provides access to Netflix Standard with adverts membership. Existing Netflix customers who pay Netflix directly for their subscription must link their account to their EE plan. You will continue to be charged separately by Netflix for your existing Netflix account until you link that account to your EE plan. If you end your EE plan, Netflix will resume billing via your previous payment method.  If your Netflix subscription is part of an inclusive bundle with a third party, you may continue to be charged via that third party. Microsoft 365 Personal: Inclusive Extra provides a subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal. Existing Microsoft 365 Personal subscription will be ceased upon activation of the Inclusive Extra and any remaining period of the existing subscription will be suspended until after cancellation of the Inclusive Extra. If you remove this Inclusive Extra Microsoft will confirm directly when access to the service will cease (taking into account any period suspended from the previous subscription). Your Microsoft account will be disabled for 90 days before being deleted. Once deleted any stored data will be unrecoverable. To reactivate your subscription you will need to contact Microsoft. TNT Sports on discovery+: Devices must use at least Android 5, Windows 10, or iOS 15 operating systems. TV licence for the household registered to your EE account required (including app use only). TNT Sports on discovery+  is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit, or adapt the content made available to you. It's your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content available via the app may change from time to time. When you download and use the discovery+ app, you will use data that will be deducted from your price plan's inclusive allowance. Entertainment Data Pass: Available as an Inclusive Extra on All Rounder plans with a limited data allowance only. Data used whilst streaming and downloading video content on Netflix, MTV Play, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, TV Player, TNT Sports on discovery+, BritBox, YouTube Kids, BBC iPlayer Kids and Twisted Mirror, and whilst streaming and downloading music content Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, BBC Sounds, Primephonic and Global Player will not be deducted from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the apps listed will be deducted from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on apps listed via your EE plan. The EE Entertainment Data Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Roam Further Pass: Included   as standard with a Full Works plan. Access your standard plan allowances in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand plus the EU/EEA (see ee.co.uk/terms for full list of destinations) in addition to the UK. Remember, data fair use policy outside UK of 50GB applies. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. Allowances last until next bill or until used up, whichever comes first. Allowances don’t roll over. Our stable links policy applies, as set out in the Plan Terms. Once you have used up the allowance, or hit your 50GB fair use amount, standard rates apply as set out in the Non-Standard Price Guide.

 

Data Gifting: The account holder only can gift between pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. Unlimited plans can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited plan will be deducted from the giftable allowance. You cannot gift to or from Smart Watches, 4G Home or 5G Home plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over and allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month. If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK. Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line.

Upgrade Anytime: You can upgrade anytime so long as you have had your plan for at least 15 days and are up to date with all your payments. You’ll have to pass a credit check and your new plan must be of the same or higher value. You may have to pay an early upgrade fee and we’ll tell you this before you upgrade. Your old device must be returned in full working order, be able to power up, with any security features such as Find My iPhone disabled, otherwise damaged/missing device charge may apply, see ee.co.uk/upgrade anytime for charges. Your device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up before sending it to us. 

 

Multi-Line Discount: £10 off SIM only, Data SIM and airtime plans taken with a Flex Pay Plan (Device Financing) purchased from 29/08/24. 10% off Pay Monthly plans taken with a phone, tablet, laptop,   or Mobile Broadband / Wi-Fi device with a minimum term of 12 months or more. You must have a Pay Monthly plan as your qualifying plan on which you are paying full price.  Discount applied to plan price only.  Not compatible with any other discount.  If you cancel your qualifying plan the discount will be removed, if you have more than one eligible plan the discount will be removed from the oldest plan on your account and become the qualifying plan. 

 

Upgrade to phone: New SIM only customers and customers who have moved from a PAYG plan can upgrade to an Airtime plan with a Flex Pay device loan after 6 months. Flex Pay is a consumer credit product of up to 36 months to finance your device: if you do not keep up to date with payments, your credit file and future borrowing may be impacted. Only take out credit if you believe it is affordable for you to do so. Credit is subject to a credit check, your status and assessment. You’ll also need a 24 month EE mobile Airtime plan.
