To celebrate, we’re giving customers who sign up between 18 May and 18 June 2015 a huge 100GB of data each month - for two months.
Even better, customers who order the SIM before midnight on 31 May will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two pairs of tickets to Glastonbury.
How to claim an EE Limited Edition SIM
Just visit the Limited Edition SIM page and fill in the form to order one for free. Your Limited Edition SIM should be with you within three working days.
Cost of a Limited Edition SIM
The SIM itself is completely free.
In order to claim your free 100GB of data, you'll need to top up by £10 to start your Data Pack (which gives you 1GB of 4GEE data, 50 minutes and 50 texts). Only after you've topped up will you be able to text 100GB to 150 to claim your free data.
You need to order your SIM before midnight on 18 June 2015. Remember - once it's arrived, you'll need to top up and text 100GB to 150 within 14 days to claim your free data.
What to do if your SIM card hasn't arrived
If your SIM card hasn't arrived and it's been longer than three working days since you placed your order, you can send us an email to email@example.com or you can call 150.
This offer is only available to residents of the UK and you must be 16 or over to order the SIM. The Glastonbury competition is open to customers who are 18 or over. You can see full terms and conditions for both the Limited Edition SIM and the Glastonbury 2015 competition.
You can also only apply for one SIM as we need to make sure we have enough to go around.
What to check if your new SIM card isn't working
If your phone is currently locked to any other network other than EE you’ll need to get it unlocked. If you're on Orange or T-Mobile, you can find instructions on how to unlock your phone.
If you’re on another network, please contact your service provider for instructions on how to unlock your phone. It’s pretty simple but your existing provider needs to manage this for you.
If your phone is unlocked or is locked to EE - and the SIM is still not working - please get in touch with us by calling 150.
Entry to the Glastonbury competition
All customers who order our Limited Edition SIM before midnight on 31 May will automatically enter the prize draw to win a pair of Glastonbury tickets.
We'll start contacting the winners on Monday 1 June, so keep an eye on your phone. We need to get the winners’ names to Glastonbury quickly so we'll move on to the next number on our list if we can’t get hold of you after three attempts.More about the SIM
You'll get a UK data allowance of 100GB each month for two consecutive months for free.
Remember, the 100GB of data is for use in the United Kingdom only.
The SIM card we'll send you will fit in any phone - it holds all three SIM card formats (standard, micro and nano) in one. But to experience superfast 4GEE speeds you'll need a 4G phone.
How to activate your SIM
You need to put the new SIM in your phone within 14 days of receiving it. Then simply top up by £10 and text 100GB to 150 to claim all your free data.
The data will last for 30 days or until it runs out, whichever happens first. Any unused data will not roll over to the next month.
The 100GB will then refresh at the end of the 30 days, giving you a second month to enjoy the data.
You'll be able to see exactly how much data, minutes or texts you have left in the My EE app and My EE – this will appear as soon as you’ve made your first call or text.
If you need more calls, texts or data you can top up to get an add-on at any point.
