Rydym wedi sefydlu tîm penodedig yn ein canolfan alwadau ym Merthyr Tudful er mwyn i chi siarad â ni yn Gymraeg dros y ffôn. Gall y tîm gefnogi cwsmeriaid EE & T-Mobile, ond yn anffodus, oherwydd cyfyngiadau system, methu delio ag ymholiadau Band Llydan cartref Orange neu EE.

Os ydych yn gwsmer EE neu T-Mobile, neu â diddordeb mewn ymuno ag EE, a hoffwch ein tîm Cymraeg eich ffonio:

  • yrru neges testun CYMRAEG neu WELSH i 150, neu llenwch y ffurflen isod a byddwn yn cysylltu â chi o fewn 48 awr.

Os oes angen i siarad gyda ni nawr, ffoniwch 150. Nodwch na allwn warantu siaradwr Cymraeg wrth ffonio 150 yn uniongyrchol.

We’ve set up a dedicated team in our Merthyr Tydfil call centre so you can talk to us in Welsh over the phone. The team can support EE & T-Mobile customers however due to system limitations they’re unfortunately unable to support Orange or EE Home Broadband queries.

  • text WELSH or CYMRAEG to 150, or fill out the form below and we’ll contact you within 48 hours.

If you need to speak to us right now, please call 150. Please note we cannot guarantee a Welsh-speaker when calling 150 directly.
