You can pay someone’s mobile bill (or top up their phone with a quick payment. You don’t need to sign in to their account. You’ll need their account and phone numbers.

You can check your payment has proccessed and your bill is paid in My EE.

It can take up to 5 days for a payment to reach us, unless you pay by Direct Debit.
