Here's how you will know when to top up your phone.

We'll text you when you’re running low on credit, so you always know when it’s time to top up.
You can also check your balance any time. Simply log in to My EE or text BALANCE to 150 for info on your credit balance and any allowances.
You can set up a recurring top-up to make sure you never run out of credit. To do this, log in to My EE, call 150 or text REC to 150.
